Refund policy
Retro Ruggers has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Change of Mind
All Retro Ruggers items come with a satisfaction guarantee. If your garment doesn’t fit as expected or you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return items must be in the same condition as received, in it's original packaging and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Flaws Not Described
We do our absolute best to accurately describe and photograph all items, including any flaws or blemishes. However, if something has been missed, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, we will offer one of the following:
- A partial refund with the item kept
- A full refund, including postage costs
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Stickers
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your oder is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@retroruggers.com.
