Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays via Royal Mail. All parcels are sent tracked, and tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

All items are sold exclusive of VAT and import duties. Any customs charges or local taxes applied by overseas authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand (for example, during December).

UK (Royal Mail Tracked 48):
Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Europe:
Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days.

Rest of World:
Estimated delivery within 7–15+ working days.

International express services (where selected) typically arrive within 5–10 working days, though delays can occur due to customs processing.

While delivery times can vary, we work exclusively with Royal Mail, a highly reliable postal service. Having shipped hundreds of parcels, we take care to ensure all items are securely packaged and fully tracked for peace of mind.
